Room Depressing, Hotel Depressing, Industrial Zone North, Padova.
The hotel postcard includes a picture of a gondola on the Grand Canal in Venice. We are quite near Venice, after all. This is something like a hotel in the industrial zone of New Jersey featuring a picture of Central Park. But good news - the room has a bath. The bus does not, after all. And there is free internet access, albeit around 35k.

A beautiful Italian villa & superb grounds. Apparently, this was a summer house for Napoleon. Another open-air performance.
